Crappie Fishing For Slabs
Hello Neighbor,
I love crappie fishing for slabs when
I'm ready to eat some fish. It is great fun to cruise
the lake and apply the Crappie Fishing Techniques and
Tips that I'll be sharing with you here on the web site
to pull in the big daddy ...the Crappie
Slab.
My proven knowledge will give you the best
chance to catch your limit then go have a fish fry with what
you and your buddies caught.
Grab your favorite drink and stay
awhile to learn more about catching the slabs then add my web
site as a favorite to come back because I'll be adding more
crappie fishing techniques and tips, equipment
reviews, tips out of Steve's tackle Box, and
what's happening in the live and artificial bait
department.
In my part of the country, we are blessed
to have numerous lakes, rivers and ponds within
three hours of Memphis, Tennessee like Sardis Lake in the
picture.
Sardis Lake is known regionally for
great crappie fishing. Every year in
February and March, you'll see plenty of Missouri tags on cars
on the North side of the lake at the boat ramps near Holiday
Lodge. Someone from Missouri said "Show Me" and now, they are
believers in the crappie amounts including slabs that come out
of the lake.
While I love just getting out on the water
and enjoying nature like many of you do as well, I'm always
wanting to find the slabs and I do find them.
Now, it's your turn to learn the crappie
fishing for slabs tips to land your share.
Actually, I live to get out on the water.
There is nothing better than cruising the lake to look for the
right place to drop the hook and wait for that massive
strike.
Crappie Fishing
Factors
What is the best time of day to try for the
slab? Where do they hang out? Do weather fronts
affect the fishing?
Many factors will contribute to and play a
factor in your success.
Using proper casting techniques, the right
bait rig, correct water temperatures, analyzing the lake's
terrain and structures, how to troll and even down to your
boating techniques all play major roles in creating the
right combination of factors to increase your chances of
catching enough crappie for a fish fry.
Visit the different sections of my website to
learn more about each of these factors that will contribute to
your success and the factors that, in my opinion, do not play a
role in landing the crappie slab.
I'm always trying out new bait rigs,
different fishing equipment and writing new fishing
articles so keep coming back to read my recommendations on what
actually works.
My web site information and articles cover
the sport of fishing which includes fishing tips, stories and
fishing awareness programs such as Fishing
For The Physically Challenged Population, "Take a Kid Fishing", Take A Senior Citizen
Fishing and "Let's Get The Lead Out".
I'll also be providing any information about
government fees and regulations that impact and prevent
anglers of all ages from fishing.
Get out there and catch your limit
